Request for Access to a Document

You may make a request to obtain a document by contacting the person responsible for access to documents:

Your request must be made in writing and be specific enough to enable us to provide you with the required documents or information. Please contact us if you need assistance to make your request.

Processing Time and Fees

We have 20 days from the date a request is received to respond to it. This time limit may be extended by 10 days in accordance with the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information.

Please note that reproduction or transmission fees may be charged under the Regulation respecting fees for the transcription, reproduction or transmission of documents or personal information.

However, documents may be consulted free of charge at our Quebec office.
